Low carb Berry Cobbler

Ohhhhh!!! You guys are going to love this! This recipes is for two portions :)
Ingredients: For the filling :
-3 cups mixed frozen berries -3 tbsp baking stevia or Erythritol -1/4 tsp xanthan gum
-1 tsp lemon juice
Ingredients: For the topping:
-2/3 cup almond flour
-3 tbsp baking stevia or Erythritol - 2 tbsp butter ( grass fed, unsalted)
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Turn the heat up to medium in a medium sized pan. Add the frozen berries. When the berries start to melt, add the rest of the filling ingredients. Remove from pan and divide equally into two small ramekins. Melt the butter and mix with almond flour and baking stevia until it crumbles. Cover the top of the berries with the almond crumble. Place in oven for 15-20 minutes until the top starts to turn golden brown.
